well it's now 37 days later dont know if it has truly worked or not but I can say the that those dark circles indicating water logged kidneys are gone now
I did a successful first Liver Flush about 2 1/2 weeks into the kidney flush
I made some caplets after the 1st 3 days containing
celery seed
gravel root
hydrangea root
juniper berry
parsley leaf
buchu leaf
uva ursi
300 mg of each
additionally I am drinking 1/2 gal of Watermelon juice a day and eating Watermelon for lunch
lemon water in between
and drink tea made from [2 34 oz mugs a day(morn & evening)]
hibiscus
rosehips
chicory
blackberry leaves
hawthorn berries
black cherry (dried)
black cherry (concentrate)
chamomile
sweet cherry
watermelon seed
I also am taking L-glutamine,L-lycine 300mg 3x day
magnesium amino acid chelate 150mg 3x day
and a dose of sublingual B vits daily
which contains
folic acid 200 mcg
B2 1.7 mg
B3 20 mg
B5 30 mg
B6 2 mg
B12 1000 mcg
with veg glycerine as the delivery agent
which was not made from yeast and contained none either

I made 70 days worth of all of it so I guess I'll finish it off and see if another 33 days makes me feel even better than I feel now
