scarface101...you're right on from what I've seen here. Hvegathri has given sound advice, for nothing. Thanks for your help also....
You mentioned probiotics...I've been battling the Candida beast for several months. I just started upping my probiotics to around 200 billion per day. I immediatly noticed the 'die off' became more prevalent, which I consider a good thing. There's a place online called Harry's Custom Probioics. From what I understand, these are at the top of the list in quality and if you do the math, the cost works out to be almost half of what a really good one at the health stores cost. I was using Nature's Way optima, which has 35 billion, and is known to be a very good brand, but Harry's is about a third less expensive.
