im still of the belief as ive always been that these crazy irrational diets that do very little for most arent the answer.

but that building up proper digestion, adrenals, good flora should allow you to eat pretty much whatever you wish like everyone else in the world.

it was books like recommeneded the candida diet and making myself angry and ill at myself because i had abit of bread or a cracker lol that sent me mental. No wonder alot look at us like were crazy.
