I've lost 16 lbs which is nice because I need to lose weight but it’s not the purpose of me doing this fast. Honestly I think you're crazy not to do enemas while doing them is torture I feel like a million bucks after I do them not to mention the wild things that come out of me each time. As for other symptoms nausea is the big one, I’ve felt like I could puke at any time for the last two days.
