I just had to try and see what another day time flush would be like. I just found out.....*LOL*.......(again)....drank the concoction at about 2PM, puked it back up about 6PM, followed by green stuff, which I guess is cruddy bile? Two times proves it that the day time flush is not for me. I had not eaten in about 16 hours. I felt ok til my body gave me short notice that it was returning the oil via mouth! I have to find some humor in it.
