I have read that 75% of the toxins are in liquid form ,only 25% is in the stones. If your bm was stinky and acidic,I think you got some toxins out. Good flush. I always leave more time between flushes (4 weeks) for stones to move down and it also gives your body a chance to recover. I let my body return to a balance and operate at that balance for a while before I cleanse again.
