Sulfured BSM is Stage 2 processing of the sugar cane. It's amber in color. Stage 3 is the dark, semi-bitter, BSM referred to as Unsulfurated BSM.

I guess at one time it was sold everywhere but now it's a rare item.

I take garlic pills and cottage cheese in order to increase the sulfur content.
