no , the drunk feeling is due to too many toxins floating around the body although i suppose not digesting foods properly (or eating foods which you are sensitive to - not necessarily 'unhealthy' foods) will also cause an increase of toxins this is never the only source of toxins.

i bought an infra red sauna about 3 months ago and used it 30 mins a day for a month for minimal change.fasting increases liver phase 1 further , it is no good for me.
