People have taken cansema internally in low doses in the middle of a meal without any problems. Alpha Omega Labs also sells a version of cansema made to be taken internally. Cansema Tonic III is this improved version. The current formula is as follows: Fresh, organically grown aloe vera (as a base medium), bioenergized extracts of the following cancerolytic botanicals: Oleander (Nerium oleander), graviola (Annona muricata), chapparal (Larrea mexicata), zinc chloride (5%), and "puda" (160 proof Ecuadorean Sugar cane alcohol, 6%) to preserve freshness.
