i flushed last nite on the 3rd day of my monthly gift! the flush itself did not produce any results, i don't think that has anything to do with my monthly, but im feeling ok, a little drained due to restless sleep. as far as the gift, i haven't noticed it affecting me in any way differently then if i wasn't flushing.
