The answer is probably going to be that I need to liver flush.

The question:
Why would my liver be tender (right under right ribcage) today after I took only 6 drops of Lugol's?

It was OK earlier in the day, and yesterday it was tender throughout the day, seemed to be related to the gin & tonics I had...I don't drink THAT often that it should be any kind of cronic drinking problem symptom.

I am taking milk thistle also and tons of C lately.

Nowadays when I don't feel up to par, the problem may be over supplementing!

Has anyone else had a sore or tender liver? I am assuming that is what I feel.
