Well, everyone who flushes tells a different story and this 2nd flush of yours was different from the 1st and your 3rd will be different from your 2nd....

Dr. Clark will tell you not to eat or drink anything after 2 on the day of your flush and then after your 4th Epsom Salt drink, eat and drink as you feel like it.

But, you will read many posts where people ate supper and then flushed that night and had successful flushes. You will also read where some people fasted all week and then flushed and had a successful flush.

So, I guess you read all you can and then decide for yourself what is best for you.
