Hi there,

Just look at the last couple of messages - everyone is complaining of no stones...!!! :)
As far as I know you have to do 4 flushes, 2 weeks between them and if you get nothing out all that time than there is no need to do it again - for another 6 months... :) They recommend to clean your liver twice a year!
I've read in one of the posts that is recommended to do a day or two of apple fast before the flush to get better results - I'll try that next time.
I've had small results two times already - but those are still results!!!! So it's working!!!
Just keep flushing!!! :)
