I have a few questions I'm wondering about...

Is it a bad sign when you pee a bright yellow color after taking vitamins? I recently heard that it means your body wasn't able to use that form of the vitamins, so it excretes it??

Is it terrible if the vitamins are synthetic and how do you know? And does anybody have any opinions on the brands Standard Process or Metagenics?

Also, are there any experiences/stories/knowledge of the IQS biofeedback machine. Because I have been sensitive to many supplements, etc. I am thinking that I would like to have my body communicate what it needs to get me well by using one of these machines. You can ask it questions, and your body responds to what is asked so you can find out food intolerances and what problems are going on in the body. Here is the web link: http://www.i2inetwork.net/
