I did the sets a frqs above and now doing clostrodium tetani.
the ones for larva caused my hrt to flutter...palpitations for a few minutes...like i said i better do this every day
(1x day?) for a while because when i let up, symptoms come back and often a bit worse or different. the buzz i felt in brain was feeling in gut 2 nts ago but gone after above frq last night. tired and eyes are filled with gunk in am but gonna rest.
do i do lyme frq on top of all arscaris frq or is that too much?
also doing cox virus.
might do plastic detox today....
this is a full time job!
does the frq hitting get less as you do it for a while?

i am praying that i get rid of these arscaris so i can focus on other stuff...
