Would these be an ideal bitter to take

I bought it around 1-2 weeks ago after reading some good things on this forum about bitters, at around the same time i waned to try something new out for digestion (coincedence or just good timing :P)

It says to take a few drops in water, but after reading this thread is it better to place a few drops on your tounge after eating ?
