The easiest way is to do deep breathing exercises. This will help to blow off carbon dioxide, which forms carbonic acid.
A second option is to use nettle leaf, which removes both uric and lactic acids.
Stay away from alkalinizers like baking soda, calcium oxide/hydroxide, and magnesium oxide/hydroxide. These can really screw with your digestion and absorption. Neutralizing the stomach acid also increases the risk of infections from bacteria and Candida overgrowth, and increases the risk of heartburn due to increased fermentation. The hydroxides (OH)are also extremely powerful free radicals with a strong caustic nature. They chemically burn the tissues. For example, magnesium hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia)is used as a laxative because it chemically burns the intestinal all leading to fluid release in to the intestines and peristalsis. This also leads to inflammation and increased risk of cancer.
