Southern Belle,

flushing may work for some, but i would hardly call this thread a "testimonial" that flushing works. Liver Cleansing is very important, but there are many other alternatives other than dehydrating one's self and possibly feeling nauseous and sick for days after. what everyone here failed to do was acknowledge that maybe flushing isn't the best thing this individual could be doing for the health of their liver.
