Just about any type of metal will do, steel and copper is fine. If you can cut the scourers into small pieces the orgonite will work better. Also adding a small quartz crystal will amplify the energy. If you are using it for home use you can "flavor" the energy of the orgonite with rose quartz, amethyst, etc.
