I would not even try it with 245 emitting LEDs. Is 254 the only one you need? Try http://www.harrismed.com/
for the sublingual type. But I do not believe it is approved for sale or use in the USA. If you want to make one, there is a whole body of Science you need to know in order not to do any damage. Good luck.
