Thank you! have not been sleeping well thinking of dying from the swine flu!
Also how many calories a day do you eat after a fast?


I have fasted for one day.....I went from 298 the next day I was 293 I almost screamed!!!!!! But failed and ate 2300 calories....I count my food no matter what. when I weighed the next day I was 300 pounds!
