i am taking a week break from IF2 but you really inspired me to resume again...maybe i can better force down the formula...i know in your earlier post you said you didnt really have a time line of taking IF 1-2 just on and off....did you take 2days worth of IF2 and break or and for how long have you been on it?....i know i have been at it on IF 1 for about 3mos just recently #2, havent seen any results and am too thin...5 ft 97lbs
