I just started a virgin coconut oil fast yesterday and I am going to do that until sunday. Then I am going to eat mostly veggies and probably fresh fish and chicken while taking lots of grape seed extract. Then go on a probiotic. I was curious about the worms because I pull stuff out of my nose all the time and/or flush my nose with saline and see worm looking things come out. I have never seen anything like it in my poop though only sinuses.

I am pretty much at the end of my rope so I am willing to do anything to rememdy this. I just wish it didn't take so damned long. Two years of my life not being able to enjoy certain aspects of it. But I guess I did this to myself so i have to fix it myself.
