It sure was with me! I guess that's just the effect of the Epsom Salts - pretty powerful. In a few hours time, things should be more solid. Watch you don't get too dehydrated. I did, and bought and drank an electrolyte sachet mixed with water, which helped me feel better. Also, sipping water and sucking a barley Sugar lolly helped me.
