I have no idea, Im a random swigger lol. Sometimes none, sometimes about a shot glass a day I guess. I prefer not to take it all the time, it depends on circumstancies and how I feel.
If I have actual symptons - runny nose, sore throat etc Ill drink some, snort some and put a couple of drops in my ears which usually does the trick but Ill repeat if nessesary.
