Hi everyone. I've got hypochlorydria due to taking proton pump inhibitors in the past. Now I have a candida overgrowth and plan on using Betaine HCL and Digestive Enzymes to help.

Here are my questions:

When should I take these? Some websites say to space out the HCL (take them after first few bits, middle, and end of meal), while the healing naturally by bee website says to take them 30-45 minutes after meals. Can someone please share his/her input?

Should I take the Digestive enzymes after the meal? How far apart after taking the HCL should I wait until taking the digestive enzymes?
