You are doing fine. I am assuming you took the epsom salt? If so, that is the purpose of the salt---to clean you out.

After you drink the olive oil mixture, go to bed. Since this is your first flush, you may or may not sleep all night. Some people are pumped up and can't sleep. Others sleep like a baby.
