OK. Maybe expecting a tax rebate for every inch of Mucoid Plaque expelled is...err... "pushing" it a little bit, but come on: real health care reform is an idea that has never been addressed or discussed by any body of government in these united States.
To date, we hear only about "socialized" ways of assuring that everybody can get their fair share of the same old, unhealthy cutting, burning, and poisoning. If you are like me, perhaps you have a health care plan through your job, with LOTs of money taken out of your earnings to pay for it. BUT... you either don't approve of those methods so you never visit your quac...err... "doctor," or you do use it but you wish your money could be used for something really healthful and healing. Unfortunately, we rarely if ever hear about good, positive, pro-active schemes for health care reform. Not even from alternative healers!
So "cough" it up! Stop complaining about a need for Health Care Reform™ and add your input to this thread. Tell us what REAL health care reform would look like!
Here's my two cents.
1.) Tax abatement for every inch of Mucoid Plaque expelled. This will be in effect until we eventually get rid of the Income Tax, since without the "federal" reserve we won't need it, especially after we boot out the nasty gang of "Irishmen" who have foisted it and similar unwholesome scams upon our once free nation.
2.) "Opt-in" plans 'A' and 'B' (mix and match is allowed)
Opt-in Plan 'A'
Your health care withholdings may be spent at a practitioner of your choice, licensed or not. If you pick a con artist and die, then we'll just consider the world to be a better place with one less fool aboard. What this actually means is that eventually, only practitioners with a good track record will attract patients and patients will need to educate themselves to know almost as much as their doctors, and maybe even more!
Opt-in Plan 'B'
Your health care withholdings may be spent on herbal or "alternative" formulations -- including foods-as-medicine. Or you can gobble the pharmaceutical nostrums, including thalidomide, etc, if you really want to. Choose wisely, because if you spend all your "bread" on jelly donuts and call that "food-as-medicine" and if you then get sick, you won't have any more money to spend on something to help you restore your health. That means you'll have no recourse but to visit the public library or study online and learn which "weeds" you may pick from your neighbor's yards to help you recuperate.
3.) Home Ownership Reform (ties in to health care)
Government will give a home loan to married couples. One-time per lifetime sort of thing, so choose your mate wisely. (!)
a.)When the first child is born, one quarter of the loan is forgiven, IF certain conditions have been met, the specific details of which must be worked out later, but probably to include clauses regarding family diet and not having a lawn, but planting herbs, berries, and vegetables instead.
b.) When the second child is born, a quarter of the remaining loan is cancelled.
c.) Third child, ditto.
d.) Fourth child, same-same.
If you did the math, like me, you'll see that this does not extinguish the loan. There is 31.61875 percent left. If by this point all children are healthy, bar natural causes, then that will also be cancelled. This should assure that children are nursed for two years, fed good food, properly cared for etc, until it becomes a habit.
These are no-interest loans by the way, because seeing as how the government is currently "borrowing" worthless "money" that was created out of thin air and never really existed... and they are paying interest on it, I think that a positive, constructive, pro-active government could just outright issue non-debt-bearing money and avoid the middle mensch. This would be based upon the productivity of the nation, so it would no longer pay "capitalists" (who are actually International Socialist Monopoly Mercantilists) to relocate their plants offshore. However this forum is not the proper place for such a topic, so if you are interested, please go search out the system of loans used by some of the original colonies, which Ben Franklin told the British Parliament about, and which they "nixed" at the banker's request, which was a major cause of the Americn Revolution, according to Franklin, but which you NEVER hear about in the "public" schools. Also see a free PDF book online called "The Babylonian Woe" by the late Capt. David Astle. Also read the deeper thoughts of the late Ezra Pound, perhaps to be found by searching under the unlikely-sounding terms "Ezra Pound" + Yamaguchy.
Note: giving credit where credit is due, I must acknowledge the originators of this home ownership reform plan (minus the health parts) were the German National Socialists, who, despite all the nay-saying, did have a good idea or three (their Volkswagon cars are still tooling around, if you've noticed). Let the record show, though, that this elf does not advocate National Socialism, because it has been overly smeared and tarred with too nasty a brush for several decades. No. I suggest we call our new government, SOCIAL NATIONALISM, or AMERICA FIRST, both of which would probably have appealed to great Americans such as Charles M. Lindberg, Henry Ford, Nikola Tesla, George Patton, Smedley Butler, James Forrestal, Ben Franklin, Alice B. Stockham, William Milton Cooper, and many more!
I dedicate this post to the late (real late) Senator Ted in hopes that in his next life he comes back with more integrity, wisdom, and common sense than he managed to accrue this time around :-)
Now let's have your ideas on REAL "Health Care Reform."
