Good point on not absorbing nutrients. That is part of my problem and why it's hard to put weight on. How can nutrients be absorbed when they have to penetrate sludge. My God when I think of all the crap I've eaten in my lifetime. It's like eating glue. I've discovered that cheese is the worst for me. Makes me feel like crap for days. Can't eat it. Funny how you still crave the crap however. It's like a drug.
