Hello Hveragerthi! (hope I got that right)

I am a 46 year old female who has had problems with adrenals in the past that led to CFS, Fibro, chemical sensitivities, sleep problems, etc. 42 docs over six years, started with MD's, then after realizing they did nothing but threw drugs at me for sleep, fibro, etc. I went to ND's, TCM, etc.

Over the six years, I was quite ill and then had chelation for possible mercury, hyrdogen peroxide treatments via IV, Hyperthermias with infrared saunas and juicing to cleanse the liver along with colonics. I got much better but, it seems if I have any stress outside of small stress, I get knocked back down.

I didn't have a period for a year and a day, back in June, I got my period and had one 35 days after that. Since then, I have gained weight around my stomach and thighs. You can see what looks like water under my skin, I don't know if it is cellulite that formed that fast but I had no change in diet and even started going to the gym again.

Back late last year, I had stress and dropped weight, I went down to 102 lbs at 5'6. I got to my normal weight around April/May and then the period.

I know my adrenals have never completed recovered. My sleep was an issue for years when I was sick, light sleep and not falling asleep until 3-4am and waking up tired. I am in that pattern again to a degree although not as bad.

It has been a total of 12 years that I have been going through not feeling well, feeling okay, well and then back to not well. I don't believe any saliva or blood tests will tell much, I did those enough before.

What are you thoughts on how I may hopefully get myself back to feeling well, sleeping sound, getting rid of this weight/cellulite and once and for all, getting my system back to 100%?

I have read a lot of your posts, I am thrilled at what you teach, so much of what I read and did in the past that worked. I'm just not sure what it is this time and want to do it right.
