I forgot to mention that I threw the oxygen tank and other treatments away after the first two weeks.
It made absolutely no sense to me that doctors advise to not move to cold climates and yet, prescribe cold oxygen for you to breathe into your lungs.
4 years later, I'm in much better health.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, my breathing:
At rest - 95%/better.
After exertion - 85/90%
Before I learned about the water/salt:
At rest - 85/90%
After exertion - 40/65%
In mentioning the salt, I don't mean the table salt found on the grocer's shelf. After processing, the only nutrients in that are sodium, chloride and in some, Iodine - all important nutrients for the body, but only in their organic form. When salt is processed, these nutrients are recombined into the mixture, making them almost worthless. Add to that the anti-caking agents added to make the salt free-flowing. This is the salt that doctors warn to stay away from (another plus for the medical profession).
However, they fail to educate people of the health advantages of unprocessed salt. Unprocessed salt (or "sea salt" - not to be confused with the processed Sea Salt found on grocers' shelves)has over 80 minerals that are naturally occurring (meaning they're good for you). This type of salt - in combination with drinking plenty of fluids - most closely matches the original makeup of the human body (the 75% mentioned earlier).
When the body is returned to its optimum balance, diseases will go away. They can't survive in a balanced environment.
