hey i think you should be takin MSM for that inflamtion. it works wonders for me and i think it will help you out a lot. you dont need to get it removed. try it and see how it goes. i founf a place that sells it for cheep www.msm-msm.com. i buy almost all my vitamins from there, its a christian based company that sells it for half the price
