Thank you for your reply Wen, since I do not have to get up and go to work anymore, I can double blast those nasty beasties and go lie down for the time it will take to recover.
You are doing well Wen from what I read on the forum. When you doubt, just look back from where you started not so long ago.
I ran a shot this morning, and will run many others during the day. I am set to climb that steep hill! I would like to ask another question, is anything wrong or bad going to happen if I run a sequence set that is not exactly the one I need ?
