My 1st fluch only produced a lot of chaff & a bunch of stones the size of grains of rice. As far as drinking the Epsom Salts , it doesn't even have any flavour, I can barely disern a flavour of any kind. The olive oil also goes down good. I had to give up on grapefruit juice as it boosted my blood thinners, so I had to switch to lemon juice. I drink it down in several gulps, it takes about 15 seconds. My biggest stones came out in the last 4 flushes, the last flush got one out 1"(2.5cm)by 2"(5cm)and shaped like a football.
