I'm so impressed that you are doing this at 18. You will probably live to be 120 and be healthy all your life. I didn't start learning about this stuff until maybe 7 or 8 years ago, and at 35, I'm on the young side compared to when most people get into "alternative" healing - when they start to degenerate.
