You know, I have to agree with everyone here who posted...a brutal gallbladder attack DOES make one feel like you are deathly ill...or at least that death would end the suffering..and If your liver is clogged with debris and or parasites..you are going to feel unwell. No, you are not going to die from being nauseous..or from having loose stools for a day or two. I do NO prep work other than fasting after a fat free lunch prior to my (very productive) flushes.(I suppose I do a loose version of Hulda C).and the only time I felt SLIGHTLY nauseaous was the very frst one, but not enough to make me not want to do it again as soon as possible..I felt fantastic afterward. .but I break the "rules" regularly just to see what I can or can not get away with...I do need ES..sometimes not in the morning, I'll do a salt water flush instead, but I never use more than 2 teaspoons..sometimes less. I did get a bowlfull of flukes after an early flush..and they have been much easier since then. ( parasite cleansing on the list of things to do)..Other than being scheduled for GB surgery 3 yrs ago...my health is great..I am 115 lbs..(good and strong for my 5' 1" frame) I cleared up a lifetime of eczema and allergies with a high fat (I Know, go figure) mostly Paleo Gluten free diet..It takes time to figure out WHAT exactly the problem is and how to fix it..Your situation suggests that your liver/gb is ABSOLUTELY in need of help..Keep flushing and Best of Luck!
