The olive oil made me gag big time as well. But the thought of the pain and horror stories of 'removee's' made me worse.

What part of the flush can you not do?

If its the olive oil then perhaps try this method ( same as clarkes ) but swap olive oil for LIGHT AND MILD OLIVE OIL 1/2 cup 1 grapefruit 3/4 cup and top up with some normal lemonade 1/3 cup. Shake until very watery then drink down it 2 or 3 even doses. Trust me no smell , little taste and I got 160+ galstones out the next morning!!!! I would have even drunk another cup if I had me it!!!!!!

Do the times EXACTLY though and no cheating with food after 2pm ( except maybe some beetroot to warn off the hunger pains early evening )
