Just read your question.... Hope this´ll help too.
OP has certainly helped lots with receding gums - tho unfortunately not "gone" away, mine have certainly not gotten worse.
I find it best to 1) thoroughly rinse mouth with luke warm water 2) brush teeth after this with a mixture of (1:1) himalayan salt - or any other good salt and SodiumbiCarbonat (aka baking powder). I´ve stopped using toothpaste because they all have fluoride in them.

Another tip I found on this forum after starting out with OP is to try not to spit out the Oil after pulling in your washbasin (I use - re-cycle - plastic or glass bottles) as this has causes many future drainage problems.
