Gluten sensitivity is a real sleeper, often not identified. Have a close friend with same prob, diff symptoms.

Even if you were not gluten-sensitive, staying off grains and eating top quality fresh food helps any health condition. Problem is: HOW do we choose such food??

I had years of fibromyalgia/FMS, chronic fatigue/CFIDS, chemical sensitivity/MCS, and allergies that at their worst left me unable to ingest anything but water for over a month. Symptoms...don't get me started. List entirely exhaustive and exhausting!!!
