I did a flush with cream and berries one time. (Eat cream and berries for dinner -- all that you want -- and then drink the oil before going to bed.) That flush (my third) actually produced some pretty good results -- I got out the same kinds of stones that I got out the year prior after (painful) gall bladder attacks.

So, if doing a flush with cream sounds good to someone, I'd say go for it -- but I, too, wouldn't really recommend it for a first flush.
