The changease formula is the correct one - it needs to be taken with wheatgerm oil - I usually recommend taking 2 changease and 2 wheatgerm oil capsules three times per day. It is important to take the wheatgerm oil with it so that the chemistry can take place to create the hormones you need. I caution women to not start taking this formula during pregnancy, but, if you are taking it when you get pregnant - then stay on it during the pregnancy because you're body is used to it and may need it to keep the hormones balanced.

MH does make this formula - just specify that you need it in capsule form because the liquid form will have alcohol in it which you do not want to use while you are pregnant. I would not hesitate to use this formula with the LB during pregnancy, if I felt I needed them. In fact, I have quite often recommended echinacea & goldenseal during pregnancy if there is an infection of some kind. I have never seen it cause any type of problem.
