maybe you try something you would feel more comfortable with first. Just a thought. by Mary ..... Liver Flush Support Forum

The cleanses were to harsh for me and I lost 30 pounds and it took
1 1/2 years to gain it back. Caution is advised. Go slow, and if
you sense all is not going well slow down, I wish I knew to do
that. Some can handle the strong herbs and others such as me, can
not, so that is why you see the descrepincy of success or failure stories. YOU have to do what is best for you.
I stayed on the colon flush for 5-6 weeks and I thought, great I am passing parasites, but I was passing my own colon lining. Not good. I am now more cautious. I will still do a flush after my colonics clears up my colon but maybe the slow Liver Flush so it is not as hard on my system. I don't think I will ever do phsylium again, too harsh for me.
slow flush: 1-3 Tablespoons of olive oil followed by a glass of water with juice from a lemon every morning.
Here is an interesting site. It is a way someone got themselves well. I guess it just proves there is more than one way to skin a cat.
