I would imagine that for mouth and nose the use of MOM (milk of magnesia) gargle or H2O2 (3% or lower) mist in mouth can help. Maybe MOM will be softer reacting compared with h2o2? Given the relationship between mouth, nose and ears, H2O2 drops in the ears might help. I would start with 1% and then go up gradually if there is no problems.

Other than that, always the same.
-Buy pH paper to assess one's pH of urine and saliva.

and we all know, at least here, that these can be helped greatly with the pH balance, Acid/Alkaline balance.

Peppermint flavored Milk of Magnesia is made up of Peppermint oil and Magnesium Hydroxide, all of which are Alkalizing !

Hi Ya'll,

Here is a Simple help to "STOP" a sore throat !

#1--Use some Milk of Magnesia and put a spoon full in your mouth and gargle to
coat your throat and let the excess run out of your mouth , don't swallow!

Keep your mouth and throat coated with this thru-out the day each 1/2 to each
hour and this may Neutralize the Sinus Acid drainage which may be what is
Causing the throat to become sore !

Spit out any flim which may develop, for it may be Excess Acids ?

#2--Another idea: Using some Top Quality Pure Apple Cider Vinegar and some Top
Quality Raw unfiltered and unheated Honey, mix equal amounts of the ACV & Honey
together in a cup and thru-out the day take a spoonfull of this mix to keep
mouth and Throat coated !

#3-- An added twist to this mix may be to add some Lime water to this mix of ACV
& Honey in matching amount to help supply Extra needed Calcium !

#4-- Another idea is the current oil pulling that some people are doing on
curezone !

For oil will attract Acids and bind with them!

But for using oil properly one should "ONLY" swish the oil til it gets thick and
white and then spit it out, because this way you get rid of the Acids it has
