Thanks Barry....I had the coffee warm...but I know what my problem was...I put 8 cups of coffee into the bottle and took about 6 cups for the flush.....probably too much....

Hey...I did the coffee flush the following evening after my first OO/GF flush.....about 2 hours prior to the coffee flush I was REALLY bloated and passing a ton of gas.....since the coffee flush...all that gas and cramping is gone and has never come back.

So...the coffee flush will be my routine to follow the day after my liver flush.
