Hi all,
I'm brand new to this forum. It was recommended to me by a naturopath/ayurvedic Dr. that I do a castor oil cleanse with 50 ml of castor oil. I bought the Hexane-free & certified castor oil by Heritage Products. I've never taken castor oil before and I'm frankly very hesitant. I'm always concerned about allergies. Do you have suggestions for testing that before I take 50 ml? I'm about 110 lbs. and think that sounds like a lot. Also, would like to hear from others who have done a castor oil cleanse. I know a generation or two ago parents often gave their children castor oil--but I'm unsure about it. Thanks for any feedback. Dipper
