After reading so many negative posts about liver flushing, I am afraid to do it. With Murpheys law surrounding me, I would be one of those getting so sick after doing a liver flush. I thought the empsom salts was supposed to help you not be constipated? But i have read so many posts of people who felt like a stone was stuck, or constipated, or just down right got sick. I understand not eating before a flush, but I have been constipated for over a month now and do not need to add to the problems. I have been told and read that chaparal will clean the liver too. It will take a bit for my mind to be at ease to do this.
