A few tips.

You don't need that much Epsom Salts . Try 1 tablespoon two hours before drinking the olive oil. And don't drink the morning Epsom Salts , it is used only to give you diarrhea. Instead do some enemas to get the stones out of your colon.

Another is, use fresh lemon juice instead of grapefruit. Taste better thus easier to get down.
