Thanks everyone! I guess maybe I will try it again sometime. I did do it "by the book", with grapefruit, etc., but I like the idea of starting the salts during the day. That way, maybe I can actually lie still after taking the night potion instead of having to run to the bathroom. I think that's what made me sick. I actually did feel somewhat cleaned out, losing all that bile, just hope I can expel it out the other end next time. I hate throwing up! Sappho
