I exactly know what sappho is saying! Yes I do! That happened to me too, the first time I tried Liver Flushing about four or more years ago. Then and there I said to myself “ if I come out whole this time no more Liver-Flush and these people who are doing the Liver-Flush must be Looney”. And I stopped doing the LF. That simple? NO! But deep inside me, in my heart of hearts I knew I got to try the damn Liver-Flush again but doing it by the book.
See, what happened then was I just joined the wagon with out the parasite, colon, kidney cleanse etc thinking that I could do this. What I didn’t realize then was that how toxic my body was. Not a clue. Nada. I thought the damn Epsom Salt almost killed me.
Now my body is squeaky clean, well almost, and Epsom Salt is not the enemy any more. Now LF is like a cakewalk. Really.
LF is at the top of the list on my cleansing regimen. It’s priceless what I feel after every LF. It’s a feeling of “WOW! I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPING TO ME AND NO BODY AROUND KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT ME”

I am so happy I did the LF by the book!
