I followed to the letter the Liver Flush instructions from "Dr. Helda" (sp?) High fats always make me vomit. I should have known better...But I guess if the idea is to "flush" bile out, the fat is good. Olive oil is not my fatty food of choice. In fact, I used to cook exclusively with olive oil, but after my horrific experience, may never be able to look at, smell, or taste it again..Hope others have better experience than myself. Sappho
